Ready Response Training, LLC. has been training first responders since 2009. We have trained more than 3000 students in the process of safely responding to hazardous materials incidents. Our major focus is on hospitals, where there are typically two types of groups. Group one is the staff are new to the process and to the dangers of these types of incidents and need a solid base of understanding to have a successful outcome. The hospital business model is "come on in" which is a dangerous situation for untrained and unprepared staff, the patients already there.
Ready Response Training was founded by Kipp Sanders, President, a 22 year veteran of the fire service and specialist in hazardous materials response. He commanded a 22 person hazardous materials response team that covered a three county region and was the busiest team in the state. He was able to take that wealth of knowledge and experience and create programs that focus on real problems and how to safely mitigate them.
